Preparing for the Sky
Core Group of Masters with and through Wistancia
I was talking with my friend and I asked my friend if he felt happy these days. This led to an interesting conversation. What I realized is that as lightworkers many of us have been living, since 1987 til about 1997, in a sort of elevator. An elevated experience that has been largely external and largely internal, both. We have been somewhat "lifted" emotionally and mentally by the very idea, concept, exhilaration, anticipation, excitement of the New Age, the dimensional shift, introduction to sophisticated methods of linking with Masters and Angels, and the extraordinary comfort and satisfaction that we are "going home," resurrecting, becoming more and more conscious, passing through initiations, building awareness, letting go, healing, releasing and stepping into our own particular missions and/or puzzle pieces in GOD's Divine Plan.
Please understand that along with whatever of this has been mental projection, there has also been EXPERIENCE. There is a molecular shift occurring in our bodies, bone structures, nervous system, cells, chakras, all of it. We can feel it and we have the discomfort that goes along with dramatic and tremendous transformation. We have the sleeplessness, restlessness, peculiar ailments, dizziness, change in diet, clumsiness as we traverse dimensions, and overall stress and strain of mutating. It's real. There is a planetary shift in consciousness and an increase in frequency for Earth and for Her children that is measurable by scientists. It's real. As we link up with Masters and Angels we are stepping into old shoes; we are consciously becoming more aware of What IS and receiving the benefit of invocation and comraderie with the cosmic and planetary hierarchies. Excitement is in the air and the dimensions are physically and etherically overlapping. Many of us can see this. We are resurrecting those radiant selves within us, unlocking genetic encodements within the DNA. The workshops and the work have paid off; it is also timely for the planet. Initiations are being passed more quickly than ever before and we are sustaining greater amounts of light in our fields.
Therefore we are passing through the portals of one initiatory level or school into another, even while we continue to "master" the lessons of the former level. It's like graduating into higher and higher classes of school, but keeping our notes from kindergarten and grade school, for there is still "mastery" of those teachings that needs to be accomplished. Memories are surging forth of prior ages and prior bodies we have walked and served in; the entire scope of past, present and future is taking on new meanings. We are tumbling out of our beds channeling Archangels, seeing what needs to be done because it has been revealed to us in dreams and visions, and letting go of the traumas of the Orion Wars and our Atlantian heritage, past lives, past choices and decisions. We are recognizing the face of negative ego and the face of Christ Consciousness and beginning to consciously choose the Christ, to affirm, to recognize when it is that we do not, and to begin to do so with less self-judgment and condemnation perhaps. A lot is happening that is beyond concepts.
The Ideal is Begging to be made Real, however. When the Ideal comes up short, we do, too. That's my point here.
My other point is that we have also been carried, to a large extent, by the High of awakening. I call it the High Peak Experiences. They have carried us and they needed to carry us, jolt us into waking up and sitting upright, and taking our positions of blossoming Christs. I can remember in the old days that just talking about ascension made everyone high. It made us believe that right then and there we were ascending. We felt elevated. Mentally we were. And there is nothing wrong with that. Everything is just steps along the way. It was important to embrace a certain amount of the "evacuation theory" just to begin to understand that God and the angels and masters do have plans, contingencies. That there are parallel realities and depending on what everyone does and how it all plays out, different things come into being. It was important to know that "They" were watching us, assisting us, planning with us, and that we had brotherhoods and sisterhoods that we were connected up with on the higher planes. And it was important to follow the many carrots that the Masters sometimes use to get us to move from point A to point B. To get us simply moving, opening up, opening the heart, opening up dialogue interdimensionally, and embracing the possibility, potential and truth of ascension.
I remember sitting in one angel meeting and someone said that an entire wave of ascension just occurred and many were "on" it. I remember the pain of feeling that maybe we were left out. In innocence I even called someone who had written a book on ascension and asked if a big wave had just happened; many of us perceived that these people were not on the Earth any more. That was our (mis) understanding. (Of course, it could have been true for some.) It fired our decisive natures, burst open our minds, catalyzed us into action on the inner and outer planes, and fanned the flames. It was a bit of fear, now I can see, but at the time it actually seemed to help us all get a jump-start.
It's different now. We have all come to a different level, haven't we? It reminds
me of when I was on a blessed guru path years ago. Just being in the presence
of the guru was an automatic high. His auric field and open heart literally
transported groups and individuals to places we were not able to reach on our
own. Immediate states of bliss occurred. We had a name for what happened to
a lot of us in his presence. We called it "darshan recovery" because
we literally left our bodies and our world and went into states of samadhi,
emotional body ecstasy, where others had to look after our bodies - we were
no longer in them. We were carried off by others who acted as guardian angels
for us until we "came back." One day this profound teacher and lover
of truth let me know that I was no longer going to be doing personal service,
daily service in his presence. The darshan was going to disappear. I was told
to go out and take the knowledge that was revealed to me (It is called Knowledge
of GOD) and realize it, live it in the world. I felt lost. Disconnected. Many
of us didn't know what to do with our lives. Somewhere we knew that we were
being blessed by having to make the ideal real in our everyday lives. Something
harder, deeper was being asked of us. We were asked to spiritually mature and
become true servants of GOD, empowered, embodying enlightenment and ascension
(although we didn't call it that then). It wasn't easy but the circles of "chosen"
ones who were close to the guru began filing into different walks of life on
our way to balancing the physical, etheric, emotional and mental bodies with
the spiritual bodies (although we didn't call it that then).
. Now that truth has to ring true from each one of our bodies
I believe that it is the same at this time. The way in which we were awakened and learned in the recent past is not now good enough. Within the context of maturing spiritually and taking our places as Embodied Christs wearing mantles of Christ Consciousness, walking with empowerment, controlling and choosing our thoughts, words, feelings and activities, the climate has changed. We are not able to reach those "peaks" anymore the way we used to with the mind. We are not able to allow one of our bodies (mental body, for instance) to pull us up the mountain and make us believe that all is well in our world. Now that truth has to ring true from each one of our bodies and has to carry through by the outpourings of each of the four bodies: our thoughts, words, activities, and feelings.
Sananda calls the "flat line" of evenmindedness, equanimity, equipoise and eloquence. I call it the "Four E's
They need to all achieve and remain, not those highs and lows, those peaks and valley syndromes, but what Sananda calls the "flat line" of evenmindedness, equanimity, equipoise and eloquence. I call it the "Four E's." Walking the tightrope the mental body achieves evenmindedness, holding the mind steady on the light. There is vigilance over what thoughts will be embraced, entertained and followed. The emotional body achieves equanimity - the serenity and composure of an elevated emotional state. There is vigilance over choosing higher states of emotions that will supersedes and superimpose over many learned and accepted feeling states that are unclear, negative, disruptive. Lower emotions don't give peace a chance. They tie us into states that are conditional rather than unconditional, sympathetic rather than compassionate, irreverent and judgmental rather than reverent and allowing. The physical body achieves a posture that balances between humbleness and personal power, power and love, which alters the auric field and helps to furnish a field that will build into the attractive and radiant auras of balance that gurus, teachers and spiritual beings possess. Our physical presences, soaked in the experience of balance and equipoise, become, indeed, temples of perfection for us to live within and offer to others for sanctuary. And our words achieve the eloquent nature of a soul and/or monad speaking; etheric discourses that stream forth from the I AM Presence. Words that are crafted by the Highest Self that soothe, include, and demonstrate, reflect and create a heightened atmosphere of divine love; the poetry of perfection.
Now we really have to do it and live it.
Now we really have to do it and live it. We can't get high on the idea of it. It has to really be experienced or it is flat now. It has to be feeling not thinking now or it is like the cartoons where characters are walking up in the air and they are fine until they look done. Then they fall. We are looking down now, to see where we really stand. And if the hand of GOD isn't really FELT underneath us, we can't simulate that feeling of everything being okay. We have to really be conscious, and really be holding the reins of our thoughts, feelings, words and actions. And we have to really be acting as if we are children of GOD, like we say we are. Children keep their hands in the hands of the parents so they don't get lost. I asked my friend if he was happy. He replied that he feels like something is missing after all this time. He said, "I feel a little bit lost." He wasn't miserable. And we discussed perhaps that the flat line was being achieved so it didn't feel like huge ups and down anymore, only the flatline moving upwards like a plateau getting higher and higher. But that is so mental. He feels a little lost and not really able to say he is happy. That's a feeling.
In order to feel happy, you have to feel not separate.
I thought about it for a while. Then I "felt' into it. After all I am always saying "The heart belongs to GOD." The mind can interpret a lot of things, but the heart, I believe, belongs to GOD. If we did everything from the heart, we'd be better off as long as the heart and mind were connected. So tuning in, I said, "I think that you feel separation." In order to feel happy, you have to feel not separate. In order to feel not separate you have to feel unified. Part of the whole. If you feel that something is missing, what you are really saying is that some part is missing from the wholeness, from the holiness. In that part where something is missing is a gap, a whole in the Whole. There is a disconnection. You feel apart. Not a part of GOD, but apart from GOD. Thus, separate.
Could it be that it is time to begin consciously breathing?
I said, "Could it be that it is time to begin consciously breathing? When we are aware of the breath we become "connected" to all of life and all of GOD breathing. It's automatic. Breathwork is inherent in timeless traditions. Paying attention or following the breath is the simplistic and most overlooked spiritual tradition. Especially in modern society. Especially in the new age community. It's too simple; we're geared for bigger and better.
We're geared for complex. I said, "When you latch on to the breath and are aware of it, you immediately feel connected. Feel. When you feel/are connected you do not feel un-connected or separate. So you feel together again. Unified. The feeling of dis-connection or separation is what gives rise to all the feelings of being lost, cut off, alone, fearful, and dissatisfied. A little boat adrift on the ocean, not connected even if it can perceive land on the horizon. The horizon is no longer good enough.
Is it possible that we are now spiritually mature enough to be able to have such a goal?
Without separation there is just inseparability. And that feels better and that feels great. It actually stops the question of "How do I feel?" You just are feeling. Could it be that it is time to synergize the timeless spiritual traditions with the new age timely spiritual traditions? To synthesize the best of the tried and true past with the best of the magnificent flow of new information and cutting edge activation? Is it possible that we can never outgrow our need for breath awareness because of what it accomplishes for us? Is it possible that we are now spiritually mature enough to be able to have such a goal? It is not easy, yet it is the most simple thing to do. The breaths just keep coming. Awareness of them don't require anything except paying attention. It's just like a part of our consciousness just ties into to recognition and observance of the rhythm, movement, or steadiness of the breath. Breath awareness takes us directly into the heart without passing GOD. It slows us down just enough to catch on to a frictionless flow of perfection that keeps coming and coming, like a Duracell battery. Awareness of our breath signals to our consciousness "You are ALIVE." When we know we are alive because we FEEL we are alive, it is totally different. I believe that most of us are not experiencing the awareness in moments of Being Alive. We obviously are alive, but we miss awareness of it. In essence we are alive in black and white and not in color. Breathing consciously is like what Sananda always says to me. "Stop. Look. And Listen." Breath awareness slows you down so that you can stop and see and hear what on Earth, in you, and beyond is going on. It's important.
I told my friend that I knew that he wasn't aware consciously of each breath during the day. I know this because it is important for me, I teach it, I write about it, I am aware of it, and I believe in it, and I practice it - but I am not doing it with every breath. Let's be honest and take a fifteen minute period. How many breaths are we conscious of, in the background, while doing our life, in a fifteen minute span? It occurred to me that it is like knitting a blanket. Each stitch is a breath. And we keep dropping (forgetting) breaths and have a blanket with tons of holes in it. Gaps in it. We look at the blanket and it has a million gaps in it and we wonder why we are not warmed by this blanket. Where the stitch is, there is warmth. We're covered. But because of distraction and putting importance on everything else, we miss the simple act of stitching and create huge gaps in the blanket. And we wonder why we don't feel enclosed, embraced by Wholeness. I believe that there is a connection.
AND MAYBE THE WHAT THAT IS EXPECTED IS FOR US TO REALLY BE CONSCIOUS.
Maybe our capacity to feel less separation is more. Maybe a little bit of separation now goes a long way. Maybe before we could handle a lot of separation and still maintain that we were happy. Now we have matured. Now we can't do what we did when we were much younger. Perhaps our parents guarded or protected us from feeling the pain of separation a little bit before. After all, we were so young (in awareness). Now we need to know our boundaries. We need to be aware of the parameters of separation. We need to step over separation consciously and built our Jacob's ladder back to Unity. Now more responsibility is ours. Maybe so much has been given to us by God and the Masters (and it has) that now much more is expected. And maybe the what is expected is for us to really BE CONSCIOUS. Breathing consciously ties us in to being conscious immediately. Could it be that there is a connection? If conscious breathing makes us feel connected and therefore not separate, then it certainly can't hurt. I believe that it helps. I believe that there is an edge of separation now in our experience that makes us feel unhappy - or that something isn't just right. And I believe that from the perspective of our soul and monad that that "feeling" is a total gift. For it will reveal or mirror to us that something that isn't just right, can then be attended to. What isn't just right is generally that we feel separate. If asked 100 times during the day, "Do you feel GOD now?" I wonder how often we could honestly say, "Yes." I do sessions via telephone with people all over the world and one could say my everyday work is being about the business of Mother/Father God. Teaching, clearing, channeling, you name it. But I believe that there are enough times during the day when I don't feel consciously connected to Source, that I lose count. Yes, something is always there now. But, yes, alas, I miss beats.
We can't get happy in the mind over the shift that is approaching. Even if it is here. People aren't happy about what is coming or what is here. They have to FEEL GOD. Otherwise when you went home with the spiritual leaders and teachers and channels you would see equanimity, equipoise, eloquence, and evenmindedness. You'd see the ideal made real. I believe that now that we are spiritually more mature, that we have the ball now. It is in our court. What are we going to do with it? We can't get "happy" on anything that is outside of our self. On anything that is external or a thought about something. We just can't anymore. And I celebrate that! I feel happy about that! (uh,oh) I feel excited about that. I feel like we are growing into the ascension process. I feel like something is really happening and it is us. I feel like GOD and the Masters really love us and not only that they are beginning to trust us and teach us at deeper and deeper levels. Everything is demanding realness. And that is what we want more than anything.
I just rememembered I entered an airplane simulator once and it was incredible. It was just like an airplane. And the experience was even like that of being in an airplane. But the only difference was that it was in a warehouse and it did not take us anywhere. It was stationary. It looked real and we could dream and imagine that it was. But it did not go up into the sky.
I believe that we are preparing for the sky.
