Beloved brothers and sisters, I stand with Cosmic and Planetary Masters and Angels and ask that you read this article while paying attention to the divine breath within you as you read. They ask you to allow a two-fold process to unfold. Like a box within a box within a box. Like God within God within God within. The breath within the breath within the breath within. Together we can practice igniting the breath consciously in the entire four-body system: physical, etheric, emotional and mental. That way we are consciously creating a space for the breath to reveal its importance; the love, wisdom and power that is inherent in breath awareness. We can engage the mental body while attuning to the silent teachings of the divine breath as it moves through us. Paying attention to the breath places us in the present moment so we can feel the impact of the Now moment and detachment from past and future. Following the breath aligns us with The Eternal Breath of Life flowing through all of life which is the paradise and/or primordial vibration of Love at the core of all existence. As we prepare and engage ourselves evermore for entering higher and higher dimensional pathways, frequencies, opportunities and ascension activations, simple reliance and resonation with the breath brings clarity, peace, serenity, equanimity, and alignment with universal wisdom.

We stand on the brink of movement into a new millennium with immense spiritual and scientific promise, with freedom glowing brilliant like a ray in the frequency of God, and with the real potential of Christ Consciousness embracing our planet and our selves, The simple gift of choosing to hold the reins of the breath throughout the transitionary period and in each moment is one that will amplify embodying Mastership during this Time of Transcendence. It has been a spiritual lesson and truth throughout many golden ages on Earth, an underlying tenet of growth and consciousness from Time Immemorial. The Masters say that it can be forgotten during periods of great change although it is a magical and secret gift that is provided in each ensuing moment.

As I write this article I myself now move into the wondrous breath which really is energy in motion. Everything is energy; it’s just a matter of which frequency of God it is in. Energy always moves. Energy moving is what the breath actually is. And all energy is constantly moving. That is the definition of energy. The Masters say that The Energy of All That Is is always moving outward of Itself. God is energy and God is love. The primordial vibration moves outward of Itself, carrying Itself, depositing Itself, creating Itself in its ever-expanding dance of Breath. Energy moving, energy expanding, spiraling and inspiring is the dance of Breath that in-fills deeper and deeper and deeper space. Energy moving outward of Itself into the one true ascension: The ascension of God.

Move into the breath now in order to experience the wordless language of the breath; its essence and importance, which has been alluded to in all spiritual traditions and teachings. The ascended masters also put a great deal of emphasis on the importance of the breath. They are saying "Please experience the power and the force within the breath." The breath has the power and the force to lift and move. And what it is lifting and what it is moving is the energy of God that is life moving outward of Itself in order to expand (breathing out) and contract (breathing in), to do all the ascension exercises that Life activates. Life and God are always "ascending." That is the activity of the spiral. As we stand on the precipice of a New Millennium tinged with Gold the Masters and Angels advise us to please know the importance of breathing consciously into the approaching Golden Time.

The breath mirrors the two-fold nature of life; magnetization and radiation. We magnetize (through inspiration, invocation, through breathing in) what is needed in order to radiate out (through giving, through breathing out) what is needed to others. We receive in order to give. Life pulls in, like a magnet, what is needed to move the whole thing along, (expand Wholeness), in order to expand God (holiness). So we breathe in, we receive in order to give, in order to radiate out, in order to lift others and lift the Whole. We are lifted in order to lift others. This is the two-fold nature that is expressed through the Godhead and in all the dimensions throughout all times and by all beings, planetary, solar, galactic, universal and multi-universal.

Through every Golden Age there has been conscious attunement to the breath in actions, in words, in thoughts and in feelings. These are four evolutionary tools that come standard on the human vehicle. Using the breath as a barometer to stay centered, conscious and present, one can become the captain of one’s boat of life and steer the boat, so to speak, more consciously. We can utilize breath awareness as we speak, as we act, as we think and as we feel and thereby refine God-given evolutionary tools. If we stay attuned to the breath and speak, our words will carry the power of the present moment and the quality of ascended master consciousness or Christ Consciousness; it is built-in. It comes standard on the vehicle. We will experience satsang (the company of truth) with whomever we are speaking with. If we stay attuned to the breath and do work, our work will carry the power of the present moment and the quality of ascended master consciousness or Christ Consciousness; it is built-in. It comes standard on the vehicle. We will experience service and connection to the divine through our actions. If we stay attuned to the breath and think, our thoughts will carry the power of the present moment and the quality of ascended master consciousness or Christ Consciousness; it is built-in. It comes standard on the vehicle. We will experience creative meditation and an altered reality for our thoughts will remain in the present tense and give birth to our feelings. We won’t feel the pull of the illusion of the past or doubts, fears, or self-aggrandizement about the future. We will be able to plan from a centered point that is balanced and free of the negative ego. We are more apt to think with the Superconscious mind and stay out of the subconscious mind’s storage reservoir with all of its triggers and ingrained dogma. If we stay attuned to the breath and feel emotions, our feelings will carry the power of the present moment and the quality of ascended master consciousness or Christ Consciousness; it is built-in. It comes standard on the vehicle. We will experience more serenity, peace, and equipoise. We will experience the electromagnetic energy that is transmitted by the heart that quickens the heart energy, helping us to follow the heart and remain in love.

As God beings we have come out of the field of God. We carry the same will, the same purpose, and the same matrix of the Divine within us. We share the two-fold nature of the breath with Mother/Father GOD; the Day of Brahma and the Night of Brahma. Yes, they are billions of years long, but outside of time, outside of shape, outside of space, we are replicas of God. We are cells on the body of God. We are the microcosm that fits perfectly into the macrocosm because we came Out of the macrocosm. So, we, as Holograms of God, contain within us the design of the Whole as any good hologram would. We share will, purpose and divinity with God, and the same power of the breath to move us forward.

Between the inbreath and the outbreath there is a little point, a cave, a secret little entrance. The Masters have guided me to begin many of the sessions that I facilitate with entrance into the portal right between the two breaths. I call it the stillpoint because it brings us into a point of stillness where we experience the nothingness of Source within us. When we go within inside the stillpoint in a sense it is like those ships that you hear about going down into the vortex around Bimini, around what is called moving into the Bermuda Triangle or being drawn into the fourth density. All of a sudden you hear about those who disappear. There is a current, a circuit that they somehow gravitate into and are taken into a parallel reality.

Inside the breath there is a magnet that will take the consciousness into another reality. It will thrust us into another dimension within self. The picture that the Masters give to me is this: The crystal river of the breath sends out tributaries to all of the parts of us, carrying life-force forward into all that we are. Within that River of the breath, if we follow the River to the mouth of the River which lies just inside of the inbreath and the outbreath, we will arrive at the Ocean. The Ocean empties into the Mouth of the River. Oceans always empty into mouths of rivers. There is a point where the River receives the gift and the grace of the power and current of the Ocean into it. And then it starts moving. The larger body of water empties into the smaller body of water, which empties into yet smaller bodies. Traveling through that stillpoint we can arrive at the point BEHIND the breath, where God is breathing us. We can travel into the very heart of God through the conveyer belt of the Breath.

We can train the mental body to stay in the breath by using the power of the spoken word or silent affirmation: Repeat: "I Am aware that I Am Breathing In." And you take an in-breath. And then on the outbreath: "I Am aware that I Am Breathing Out." After a while we can simply repeat "Breathing In" and "Breathing Out." This practice removes all other thoughts as the awareness is concentrated, and the mind is harnessed onto the breath.

In meditation, one can simply put the focus of the mind onto the breath. Let the mind rest in order to experience something beyond the mind. Simply pay attention to the breath, without altering it. You are simply aligning with all the movements of all of Life. Just tune into the experience of absorbing from the higher levels of light and then radiating out to others. Magnetizing what is needed in order to radiate out to others.

Go into that space between, where you literally take your cup and allow it to be filled to overflowing. Let your breath empty into your heart, which empties into the mind, which empties into the cells and beyond. The breath can ignite the circle of creation and move forward of Itself, carrying grace and peace.

Moving into the breath, be aware of the harmony, the sweetness, the simplicity of going within inside. There can be immediate deep peace and deep rest. The understanding that the Masters wish to give to us is that that point in the breath is found within the animal kingdom, the plant kingdom, and at its very subtle levels it can be accessed in the mineral kingdom. We can find that point even within Earth, for She breathes. The activity of the breath is experienced in all of life. Planets, solar systems, galaxies, and universes all breathe in and all breathe out. There is heart, intelligence, consciousness and a shape to all that there is, no matter how large or how small the part of the whole is. The consciousness of the monad includes not only the monadic extensions, but also includes the field around all of the parts. That field actually breathes in and out. That field of the solar system which is more than just the sum of the planets in the solar system – but the energetic field, the glue, the cradle that holds the planets together – that field has a consciousness.

Within and around galaxies there is breath, wholeness, and a unified field. Even within every universe, there is the wholeness field and the breath within the Universe. That one who is Melchizedek is the guardian at the breath of this local universe. Melchizedek is the gatekeeper, the breath of the entire universe. And you pass through that one who really is at the very pulse of the universe.

When we breathe consciously we are linking up into a conscious awareness that is universal, galactic, solar and planetary. We are linking up with all of the levels of creation and all of the kingdoms. We link with the elemental kingdom, all the way from the Great Elohim (the Creator Gods and Goddesses who serve as the Builders of Form) who breathe worlds into creation and those elementals holding the form around the life of the flowerbud. We are linking up with the angelic kingdom. We can bonding with the action of just how love is radiated out from the cosmic nature of the archangels. How vibration is carried forward and breathed into perfection. How the feeling nature of the divine is actually breathed into the worlds of form, into the rays as they are carried forth by the archangels. And even in to the smallest angel who radiates Christed virtues to a soul, who radiates peace and contentment energies to us. Angelics convey, radiate and breathe those virtues to us. The breath of life passes from the guardian angels to the ones who are guarded. We are linking with the actions of the Inner Plane Ascended Masters in this particular Earth Spiritual Hierarchy as they radiate out what is needed to us. Using the conveyer belt of the breath and the call from the life inside our own breath, they gather the frequencies, the higher levels of light and send them to us.

It is the same with our nadis. We have 144,000 points of light along the etheric nervous system. These are master points of light within our tree of life. We have a tree that when it is lit within us, we hold a balance that prepares us for enlightenment and ascension. This aspect of lighting the tree within us, of lighting the 144,000 master points of light within the planet of our body, also corresponds to the movement of breath. The nadi points open up to receive the energy through an axiatonal alignment from higher sourced light, from Masters and Angels. The nadis open up to receive the magnetized liquid light that is needed to nourish this tree. To move this tree outward of itself. To fill up, expand, inspire, and breathe New Heavenly Energy into the life of the nadis. It is radiated out from those whom we call through invocation to light our tree to bring us into an enlightened state. To bring us into an ascended state. It is the same movement as the breath, for the nadis literally breathe in. They open and absorb in from the higher levels of light.

As preparations for an in-coming Age get underway, there is a certain amount of chaos with transition. There is the unwinding and dismantling of the prior age. Energies of magnitude come in to pave the way – to line the streets with gold, to anchor in the higher levels of light. Magnetics fields are dropping and frequencies are rising. You can feel it in your nervous system and in your bones and cells. We are visibly altering; becoming a new species of Light.

The Masters say: "Use the breath and travel within to that point of peace and equipoise within during transitions. Breathe in the Peace of God."

Sananda says, "Carry a thread of the breath inside the heart and connect the heart and the breath together by this golden thread. And when this is strong and complete, then take another thread of the breath and link it with the mind and bring the heart and mind together. Attune to the Circle of the breath." We can breathe in that spiralling spherical shape that moves and becomes elliptical – the shape that is the shape of every galaxy, universe and solar system and I Am Presence. We can move outward with Goddess Mother Earth. Move outward with our solar system, with our galaxy. Move consciously with GOD. We can live through the passing of the baton of one age to yet another age, breathing consciously with God.

Breathing consciously, we can align with all time continuums, with all of space, with all dimensions. We can link with the passage into every other golden age as well. We are linking with the essence, power, will, drive, love, wisdom and harmony that has always moved through into another golden age. The energy of that which carries God further, into another golden time.

We are literally resurrecting the Breath of Lemuria. Resurrecting the Breath of Panagia. The Breath of the Atlantian satellite worlds. The Breath of that perfected point within the etheric of the Sahara. Within ancient Egypt. Within the time of Krishna in India. Within all of the golden ages and all of the golden perfected points when the symphony of harmony resounds. We can connect with the prior golden ages through the breath and literally breathe in the energy patterns of Meru in what is now South America. We can feel into Aeolia, the Second Lemuria, into Shamballa recreated on Earth. We can resurrect the Breath of Camelot as it seeded in the golden seeds of radiant reality in a time gone but not forgotten. Breathing in the timeless breath, their essence can return to us and enfold us, if we ask. And if we ask and trust, locked within the breath we can recapture the time of Meru, Shamballa, the Sahara, Aeolia, Lemuria and Camelot as regions of the heart that were physical, on Earth and yet reflecting the gold of the Heavens.

We can bring in the inspiration of those times on Earth that were Golden Times, restore our remembrance, our faith, and our preparation for the upcoming Golden Age.
