I ask and pray with all my heart and soul and mind and might for your combined help to magnetize and attract the Immaculate Conception held constantly for myself as an ascended master fully embodying Christ Consciousness, enlightenment, total radiant health, and the elimination of negative ego to the highest potential.

I ask for your combined help to let go of any negative ego and help me to be vigilant over all thoughts, feelings, words and activities. I ask for combined help to deal with any current health and physical vehicle crisis, sensitivity, uncomfortability and any side effects of changing vibratory patterns within the skeletal system, nervous system and any other system within the physical body. I ask for vigilence over feeling overwhelmed by the changes in the physical body, thoughts about wanting to give up or leave the body, and any lack of patience with these changes.

So help me GOD, I am truly choosing the mantle of the Christ and the Thoughtform of Overcoming difficulty and manifesting radiant health and prosperity.

Help me to revitalize this body so that I may demonstrate ascension, resurrection, radiance and vitality as an integrated ascended master. Help me to open up my higher clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and divine healing abilities in order to serve GOD more effectively. Help me with conscious breathing.
