Close your eyes and breathe in the perfect, frictionless flow of GOD's eternal love.

Paying attention to the breath, bring the Presence of GOD deeply into the lungs for breath illumination.

Slowly find the portal that lies between the in-breath and the out-breath.

It is a null-zone, a still point,

Let us align our breath with the two-fold nature of humankind - really the two-fold nature of all living beings. Magnetization and Radiation,

We magnetize to ourselves what we need and we radiate out to others what is needed - we receive in order to give. We pull in our inspiration in an in-breath and then we radiate it out, like the angelics. In-breath and out-breath is exemplified all the way back to GOD who does this on a very Cosmic scale which takes billions of years. During the In-breath and the Out-breath of GOD everything is pulled back in to Source and then it comes out again in a new configuration.

Let us hold in our understanding this integrated two-fold nature of GOD and Self.

Let us move into the space between the breath which gives detachment and peace and offers a BREATH of fresh air and a new outlook at every moment. Aligning with the breath gives an opportunity to align with the love vibration coming into you, a vibration that is present at every moment.

Move in to this stillpoint as if it were a tunnel and remain balanced between the in-breath and the out-breath without straining.

Let us ask the Holy Spirit Skekinah to help sustain this movement and awareness. And within this point, open up to the love vibration.

Be at Everlasting Love, Everlasting Light, and Peace Everlasting.

With a golden needle, Sananda says to thread into the breath and pull a thread of the breath into the heart. Then connect the heart to the mind with this golden thread and needle.

Standing before the assembly of Cosmic and Planetary Masters we ask to rescind any and all vows made in any time frame, incarnation or dimension for any limitation of any gifts of the Holy Spirit, including divine inner sight, divine inner hearing, divine inner nectar, and awareness of the divine inner vibration of the True, Unspoken Name of GOD.

We ask the Masters and the Karmic Board now to clear any karma, energy devices, imbalanced energy blocks, negative ego programming, and/or core fear memory or veils associated with veiling these higher spiritual gifts, if this is in harmony with the Karmic Board and if this is in harmony with GOD.

We ask first to receive an ignition of the fiery emblem at the third eye denoting remembrance of when the crown chakra and third eye were joined. Let this energy pattern represent in us an opening to set into motion restoration of this gift of completion, GOD recognition, wisdom and manifestation. Now we ask for the opening and revealing of the First Holy Seal of Divine Inner Light and Sight by the entire company of Heaven and GOD.

You may outpicture planes of existence. You may see the faces of angels. You may see bright lights or even just a tiny point of light within inside of you. Many colors or one color may be revealed. Perhaps no-thing is seen at first, but in time it will be.

We ask that the Masters hold a laser beam of light at this chakra, at the pineal gland.

And we ask the Lady of Arcturus to open this gateway of Divine Sight with Arcturian Technology.

We call upon the deva overlighting the pineal gland to bless this opening that we may see the Light of 1000 Suns or the Light of One Sun within inside of us.

We ask to be imbued with those angels who sing those songs, so we can really express the Glory of God with every breath, and yet be human and yet be divine.

We ask for a preparation and an acceleration in order to receive the Music of the Spheres.

We call upon the Inner Sound intact within inside of us.

Everything is a vibration. All is energy. But there is a vibration that can be heard.

We ask to become aware of the divine flow of nectar from the living well within inside each of us. The well that the Bible says even the lame can walk to in order to drink from.

We ask for the honey of heaven.

We ask to open the doorway that lies in back of the palette of the mouth.

Place the tongue at the roof of the mouth like a cup to receive the flow of grace in the form of nectar here.

Empty the cup of the mind and any mind locks to being able to taste this heavenly elixir within. It has been called the Fountain of Youth by many.

Imagine or sense or taste it trickling down like a waterfall within a secret chamber inside of a cave.

We ask the Masters and Angels and GOD to unlock this passageway so the soma can flow.

Remember the call will always beckon the answer, but it may not come immediately.

Ask and you will receive in the divine right moment the drink of God/Goddess within you. We ask for revitalization, rejuvenation, resurrection, and the reversal of the aging process from this Fountain of Youth flowing within.

Even if you do not taste the pure liquid, the activation will set this energy in motion.

To begin this part we ask GOD, Divine Mother, Divine Father, the masuline and feminine Elohim, the masculine and feminine Archangels, and the 24 Elders Who Surround the Thrones of Grace to anchor the Holy Sound Vibration Of God - the Yod Hey Vod Hey - within our consciousness.

This is the nameless, unspeakable vibration for which there is no definition or description. It is consciousness Itself. It is known as The Tetragrammatron. We ask that somehow this energy of YHVH work together with the Music of the Spheres so we could begin to hear the Holy choirs of angels singing this Name in the Heavens. For, in truth, that is what the angels do. They sing the Name of God and they don't so it in words, they do it in vibrations.

Take a breath here. And pay attention lovingly to your divine breath.

Follow it with your awareness as it moves up and down, rhythmically.

See how It magnetizes a flow of life energy or prana to you.

Then witness as it radiates a flow of prana out from you.

Within inside the breath that binds together all lifestreams, we ask to find the hidden entrance, that connecting point, that lies at the Mouth of the River of our Breath.

We are asking for awareness of the Breath Behind the Breath.

It is, in fact, GOD breathing us. It is that point where the Ocean of Mercy of GOD's Breath empties in to the Mouth of the River Of Our Breath.

This Ocean supplies all rivers with direct current of Life that is revealed within inside of the breath.

Trace the breath with your attention.

Listen for the subtle sound of the upward and downward or inward and outward notion of the breath.

The in-breath sounds a bit like "So" as the breath rises.

The out-breath sounds a bit like "Hum" as the breath falls.

Go deeply into these two sounds of the breath,

It is as if we are asking for the flute of Krishna to reveal where Krishna is hiding.

Listen and follow. Let us call on a blessing from Krishna and Radha on this.

Find the vibration that can be felt twenty-four hours a day, no matter what you are doing.

It is subtle and yet it is the power of all Life that is within all Life.
