Below is a list of breath exercises that will help to accomplish the goal of this article. There is no order to them.
1. Follow the breath all day, every hour and every minute by simply paying attention to the rise and fall of the breath naturally. When awareness is taken off the breath, simply bring it back lovingly when you remember. The breath is always there so it is a constant, portable and tangible focus for the mind. It also contains its own power. As a parent watches over a small child, simply watch the breath. You can do everything else at the same time and no one knows you are doing it. But when the child goes out of reach of the parent, be like the parent that simply brings the child back. This can be practiced all day long.
2. Set aside time to sit in meditation and focus solely on the breath. Simply follow the breath and keep bringing your awareness back to the breath when thoughts come.
3. Anchor The Above with The Below or what is Celestial with what is Terrestrial by sending your love/light cord down into the Crystal Heart in the core of Goddess Mother Earth and sending your love/light cord up through the crown and monad into the very heart of Mother/Father GOD. Ask for the Return Frequencies to enter your heart. Ask for this two-way flow of energy from Above and Below to be sustained. Feel yourself bridging Heaven and Earth. Then consciously breathe in the presence of Goddess Mother Earth through intention and through your open feet chakras at the bottom of your feet. Then consciously breathe in the Presence of GOD through intention and through open heart.
Bring both Divine Flows or Breath energies into the heart and let these breaths flow into every part of you, expanding out from the heart. This includes the lungs, all organs, all cells, the blood When you feel filled up, call upon your Outer Core of Light, Merkaba field or Lightbody to now drink in these Divine Breaths so that the Merkaba becomes filled with Divine Breath Energies. Instruct the Lightbody to radiate divinity and the breath of GOD outward of it to all who come in contact with you that they may breathe in GOD also.
4. Invoke the Angel of the Breath to help attune to the breath.
5. Call forth to the logos of each of the levels for the pulse from that level. In other words ask Lord Melchizedek for the universal pulse; Melchior for the galactic pulse, Helios and Vesta for the solar pulse, and Lord Buddha for the planetary pulse. Then breathe in these pulses after concentrating on the breath brings a feeling of peace to you. You can thereby connect with each of the levels of creation in this local universe.
6. Practice moving into the rhythm between the inbreath and the outbreath as described in this article. Find the nullzone.
7. Stop for a moment before speaking, performing activity, preparing to think about or plan something and when you are able to catch yourself ready to feel out a situation. Before these actions, find the breath and log on to it. Several times during the day stop, look, and listen to see whether you are aware of breathing.
8. Ask to breath in the energy of a particular master or angel. Or to simply sit and breathe with Sananda or Kuthumi or Archangel Charity. See what that feels like.
9. Repeat: "I Know that I Am Breathing In." And take an in-breath. And then on the outbreath: "I Know that I Am Breathing Out."
10. Ask to breathe in the Presence of God.
11. Practice holding the awareness of destination and destiny in two dimensions.
12. Ask the Masters and Angels to help you to breathe in the energy pattern and geometry of another age or dimensions. For instance, ask to breathe in the Breath of Lemuria.
13. Breathe the Light Divine consciously into the chakras, cells, organs, bodies, systems by invoking the assistance of the devas overlighting each system.
14. Become aware of the sound of the breath (the sound of the rise and fall of the breath which sounds like "So" and "Hum") and meditate on that sound until it takes you to the breath behind the breath.
15. Visualize traveling to the mouth of the river of the breath until you reach the Ocean of God emptying into the river. Feel the peace of God flow over you.
16. Invent creative ways in which to remember that you are breathing.

17. Practice the Unity Breath that we once breathed when we lived in more of our Light Natures and Light Bodies. There is a central tube that runs through our bodies, that extends a hand's length above our crown chakras and comes out between the legs, following below our feet, also one hand's length. It is the diameter of your thumb and longest finger when they are touching. Many traditions, many masters, ancient and modern teach the method of breathing through this tube. Breathing in the Above and the Below, Breathing in through both ends of this tube and being connected to the Heavens and to the Earth who supports us. Let this Breath method initiate a return and a memory of breathing in this way in prior times and let it also resurrect the power, love and wisdom that happens when we begin to breath in this way once again.
